Deciding on movie name - Fixation

When deciding on a name as a group we knew that we wanted the word to have meaning and to be relevant to the film, it had to be dramatic and after research we decided that a one word title would be most effective. We looked at words which are related to purple, words which related to purple did not sound quite right for our movie, we came up with words to do with royalty as purple is associated with royalty.

Some of the words we all liked were words such as 'obsession' and 'infatuation' as they linked directly to the mind-set of the killer which is the ultimate focus of the movie. After searching for synonyms which related to these words I found the word 'Fixation'.

The dictionary definition of 'Fixation' is an obsessive interest in or feeling about someone or something.

Fixation was the name we all agreed on as our final name for our film.
